1. How are ordered processed?
All orders are processed on line only. Fill in the order information and submit the order to our order department which will process the order and have it
sent out to you through our shipping department.
2. What type of payment is acceptable?
We accept payment through PayPal using
credit cards, Ach, or E-Check,
as well as
all major credit cards.
3.When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within two days
of receipt of payment, unless we are out of stock and
then we will notify you of an ETA.
4. How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via several major carriers
directly from our warehouse to you.
5. Are are the products guaranteed?
The products are warranteed by the manufacturers.
6. What is ETA?
Estimated Time of Arrival. We work very closely with all our manufacturers. The ETA is determined by the manufacturer. Many of of our manufacturers use imported components and shipping dates may be unreliable because of unpredictable import/export and manufacturing delays.
7. Is Our Site Secure?
Our site is secure through Norton Utilities, PayPal and Equifax. We are looking out for your safe shopping and never share any of your personal information.
8. Do I pay sales tax on my order?
Only orders purchased in New Jersey and shipped to New Jeresey are subject to sales tax of 7%.
